circuit city skrewd up keyless remote on my tib

i got it done in circuit city for my keyless remote.
had tonsss of problems. had to keep bringing it in.
nowww...it works SOMETIMES, and the remote doesn't even unlock and lock my car sometimes...and my car alarm doesn't even work anymore.
should i just take it off?

Ya they did the same to mine when changing a battery for me. Take it to the dealer and have them reset it. My alarm and locks only worked when they felt like it.
