Not necessarily a photoshop. In quite a few year books, many people have a nickname in place of thier real name, so that guys nickname could have been Peter Griffin due to his resemblance.

Cant we all just agree that the guy looks like Peter Griffin from Family Guy and just accept the fact that at least the idea of having a picture of someone in a year book who looks like him and shares the same name is comical? Things that are photoshopped can be funny, they might not be completely factual but the fact that they get a laugh out of someone makes them funny.
