Paint removal

I recently spray painted my hubcaps to pretty them up and anyway on the right rear tire, some of the paint got onto the actual tire. what is a cheap and easy way to remove it?

I use an SOS pad. Just get the pad wet and scrub. Dress the tire when you are done. Give it a try.
