Hi all, I am new to this, but I have a 2000 GS, I wanted to know what would be better, building up the engine that's already there or swapping it; and if it's a swap, which engine would be primo? Any opinions would be great! thanx

well first of all, is your engine shot? if not, you already have a hell of a platform that is capable of making serious numbers on stock internals.

Second, there isnt another engine that will "swap" into the chassis. Im not saying it cant be done, money can do anything, it is just not practical. this leads you to building up the 4G64 (the engine found in the 3&4G).

i would agree. build the engine that you have.
