Hard to start and hesitates

It is hard to start when engine is cold (cranks many times before starting) and also hesitates a lot until engine is fully warmed up. Seems to be almost fine when it gets warm except I notice a very minor miss at idle only. This is in 80-90 degree weather. It is a 95 Ols Achieva 3.8 liter V-6 with 174,000 miles. I have ran injector cleaner thru the pcv valve while running as well as in the tank. Also ran a can of seafoam thru the pcv valve while at low idle. Seems to be something very minor but is annoying. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
