Ok, went kind of crazy and replaced the radiator, water pump, thermostat, all the hoses and the little black hose control unit by the fire wall.
Now I can only get air out of my defrost ports by the windshield. I cant find my chiltons to save my life and I thought you guys would know what I screwed up.
I am guessing I crossed a hose somewhere, but where?
Thanks,
Worldman

Congrats on the mileage.
I believe the air flow doors are vacuum operated. I seem to recall that the vacuum host enters the firewall on the passenger side, right near the windshield washer tank (at least on my '92). It is also near the hot water flow control valve for the heater. I would look right around there for a loose hose.
My Jeep is in the shop right now so I can't take a picture, and the Haynes manual doesn't have one either (or I can't find it).
Take Care,

Check this link for the FSM : http://the-clarks.org/jeep/fsm/cherokee_service.zip
It will have a diagram for the hoses.
