Looks like a sweet project! Is that how the car is gonna sit? Can you post so pics of the frame...and how you lowered it like that. I have one of these kits and I would like to know. Thanks!

Heres a few more progress pics. The paint is Tamiya Italian red and Black. The engine is a smallblock Chevy with side draft weber carbs. The wheels are from Tamiya's F50. I am using a photo-etch brakeset that I had laying around.

I lowered the front of the car by cutting off the suspension arms that are molded to the frame, then re-attatching the arms using strip styrene as a spacer to move the arms up. I then glued styrene tube to the bottom of the spindle to make it longer. I am planning to build the rear end box stock.

Is that the 377ci engine out of the Accurate Miniatures Grand Sport Corvette?

Definitely looks at home in the Willys engine bay. Good looking project.
