OK I was driving home last night and all of a sudden my blazer died on me. So i was close to my church so my brothers and I pushed it there. Now I tried for an hour to get it started. First I thought I was out of gas, got gas and no go still. So I pull one of the plugs of the distributer cap and no sprak. I come back today and it starts right up. So I start to back up and it dies on me. Run to autozone buy a coil put it one it starts right back up this time I make it out the parking lot start to turn on the road and bam dead again. Push it back pop off the plugs and no spark. Now this is the first time its ever done anything like this. Also I have replaced the bat. starter, plugs, wires in the last months. So do u think it could be the distributer? I have a 91 4x4 4.3 if that helps. Please help have to get it running before the morning because of church. Thanx all Ken

If it is not firing for sure, most likely the ignition module inside your distributor. Mine did this months ago(93 S-10, 4.3 series "W".) That was problem on mine. Could be other things but this is a very likely item. Might be easier to replace whole distributor.
