That IS a stupid quesion! Haha, just kidding. If you dont know, then it would be confusing. But Ferrari owns Maserati. It goes:
Fiat (also owns Alfa Romeo)

Actually, Alfa Romeo recently bought Maserati thanks to the two billion dollars that GM paid to Fiat recently. Ferrari bought Maserati in 1997.
Fiat SpA owns everything (Lancia, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Maserati, and Ferrari).
