MAF change

Went through the titles on this board, and I'm sure that there is a post about this, but I couldn't find it. Anyway, I, as you know, have a 3.8L '94 LX. I'm wanting to replace the MAF, as the diameter on the one I have in it sucks. Anyone have a recommendation on a good diameter, and what car to rip it out of?
