I need you all to tell me if you think this cut out that I have highlighted with red arrows takes away from the strength of the block. I was going to get my extra H22A block eagle sleeved etc and have my Ariea pistons and H beam rods, put in, but I seen someone selling this block already sleeved. Sad thing is that theres no milage listing on it. I just want to know if what they did to keep the a/c and move the turbo over took away from the strength of the block.

Block strength is dependent on the cylinders, not on the actual engine block itself. If your block is made of titanium alloy and your cylinders were made of tin you would have catastrophic engine failure.
