lightweight flywheel, heavier clutch to start. Then either headers and full cat-back(if you don't have one already)...or cams and a JWT ecu.

Never mind, JWT doesn't have an ECU for it yet. But they have the cams.

okay.i had thought about the hotshot headers and an Unorthodox Racing under drive pulley kit and a nismo short throw...that sound okay for a start or no?

If you want some GOOD speed for cheap, I'd definitely start with the clutch/flywheel combo, but the headers would give you a decent gain. But I'm just saying, with the clutch/flywheel combo alone, I guarantee you'll easily be in the 14's. Your car is probably capable of a 15.3 or so right now(depending on how heavy those aftermarket rims are), and adding just a lightweight flywheel for good 1st and 2nd gear acceleration and a good clutch for the launch, you could be doing about a 14.6. To put that into perspective:

RX-8 = 14.6
S2000 = 14.3
Eclipse GSX = 14.9
Mustang 5.0 = 15.0
RSX Type-S = 14.9

You get the idea.
