Can I replace my Bose Cassette/CD changer with....

My cd changer does not work....therefore I am left with the Bose cassette player and that is it......can I replace the Bose cassette player witha Bose CD/Cassette player???? What about my cd changer??? Will this theory work? I NEED TO HEAR CD'S HELP!!!!!!!
