Golf Cart idea

Ok, I guess I'm a hypocrite. I hate these kind of "I've got a crazy idea" threads, but here's another one :D
I was looking at a video of a jet powered go-kart, the Atom, and driving around in GTA VC in a golf cart. So now, I'm thinking a golf cart with a D16z6 or y8. Cut up the body, fit 2 racing seats, fit the engine in "obviously", fabricate some kind of dash (fiberglass) and put in gauges, custom axles, brakes, pedals, cooling, lights, custom shiftlinkage, custom exhaust, custom intake, fuel cell, etc. I just think it'd be cool to see a RWD 125-128hp engine in a 800lb golf cart, hell even my 70hp CX engine.
The engine would obviously have to stick out a little at the top, and there'd be no storage area. Would probably have to even chop the top and lower it to prevent tip-over issues.
Any thoughts, comments?

Someone posted a video here not too long ago - a clip from the TV show "Top Gear". The car they featured had an open wheeled tubular frame with a turboed B16. I think it was called the Alien. 0-60 in 4 seconds - something like that.

That would be the Atom that he allready mentioned, and its not a b16.

Yea, that is a good idea. Me and a friend were inspired by that gixxerkart from a while back. We're building a gokart with an engine from a 98 Ninja. Should be finished by end of august..maybe sooner. I'll have pics and videos. So far we got the motor running again, and have the frame prepped to bolt the motor on.
