I just replaced my front speakers with alpine type S I previously had the stock infinity speakers there... I was told the fronts were four ohm's and 1000q's kinda verifies this.
Does anyone know for sure? The new speakers sound alot softer then old ones. They are polypropaline cones a midrange and a tweeter...
I'm just hoping they are the right impedance..

yes they are 4ohm speakers. I was wondering if the stock ones are also.
So to get the best sound you woul dsuggest redoing the whole system.. all 4 other speakers + amp + head unit?

Yeah, the stock CD player wont make them sound special. Getting an aftermarket deck with put more power through them, and getting an amp along with that will give you lots better sound quality.
