Today my indicator showed low tire pressure. I checked all the tires and there fine. Indicator would show low pressure a few times when starting the car and driving off. Would a hot day cause this?
Thanks.
Thanks.

i`m not sure about the aurora on this one, but i have a 97 grand Prix that has a yellow button at the bottom side of the dash on the drivers side that looks like a trunk release button, but says "tire pressure calibrate" that you can press to reset the calibration. try this with the key on. look for it, or read your owners manual. hope this helps.

BTW:
it`s ALL the way at the bottom, just at the bottom edge of the dash, so you may have to get down there to look for it.

I can reset the tire pressure with the Dic I found out. I was just wondering why it would come on. I think it maybe that a set of tires were in direct sunlight and the pressure may have gone up and been different then the other tires.

i have since ran across a 2000 impala giving the same message with all pressures correct. the owners manual said to turl lights off & the key on, then turn the park lights on & off 3 times. it cleared it. the owners manual also said that this message can come from a battery disconnect, a tire replacement, or any of the tires inflation being more than 12 PSI more than another. (readings taken via ABS & traction control sensors)
