there is an aluminum arm on each side near the backseat
of my convertable. they are responsible for
making the convertable's arms bend in and out
when retracting or attaching the top.
the one behind the passenger side door
is broken. i went to the dealer and they
said it costs 320 dollars for a new one!!!
its only 8 inches long!!
any way,, does anyone know where i can get this?
thanks so much!

I think youre talking about linkages. I didn't go to the dealer for them when mine broke, just a shop I looked up in the yellow pages that specialize in cvt. tops and upholstery. They charged $300 to replace all linkages, tax, labor parts all inc.

check out 4g64.com and there is a guy on ebay that sells them dirt cheap but you have to do the work. It's not hard. I put mine in about 2 weeks ago. they are much stronger then factory..
