Hesitation Problems...

Hi Guys,
For some reason unknown to me, my '00 Vitara 2dr 1.6L (115Km) seems to be hesitating. I find this mainly happens while driving over 100km/hr. It almost feels like the little truck is being pulled back for a second then it springs back (like it stutters). I tried a fuel injector cleaner & it seemed to help for a few days now it's started up again. I do a lot of highway driving apx 160km a day. Has anyone else had similar problems?
