mine is a 1997 yukon gt w/350 5.7L. I am getting about 350Mi it is costing me to fill up about a 2.03 a gallon. Just finish putting a Airraid air filter a trottle spacer and headers and it looks like is giving me a little bit more. I will post the results once I fininsh changing the O2 sensors.

joe, i had a 94 yukon with a 2 inch lift and 305 tires. i only got about 11 mpg. if i treated it like a baby, i could squeeze out 12 mpg. i had an intake and a flowmaster exhaust with the cat cut off. the mileage on the old tbi motors sucked no matter what you did. if you could, get a vortec motor, i think 95 and above. they were better on gas and had more power.

1996 Yukon GT with a 350
Upgrades:
K&N FIPK air intake system
TRUE dual exhaust w/ Flowmaster mufflers
I am running 0w-30 AMSOIL engine oil with the accompanying AMSOIL oil filter (which also saves money since you only have to change oil once every 10,000mi or so)

I continuously get 17.0-17.5 MPG (My highway to city driving ratio is approximately 70%/30%...also, I tend to drive over the speed limit, which tends to suggest that I would probably get even better mileage if I drove right at 60mph).
