I have a 2000 Durango with 150,000 on it and it is starting to have some cooling problmes. Love the truck and don't want to replace....Any suggestions outside the normal flush and would an oil cooler help this probelm?

A number of things to check: coolant level; thermostat; belt slipping; fan slipping; radiator fins clogged; etc
A coolant flush and replacement is always a good first effort.
Technically, an oil cooler would help remove more engine heat, but so would running the cockpit heater on high! Both just serve to reject more heat. Adding an oil cooler to solve this problem is definitely not recommended, you'd just be wasting your money. You've got a more basic problem that needs fixing.
Good luck. Keep us posted.
