strut question??

Hello all, I am the proud new owner of a 1994 530i. I absolutly love the car, but it has a couple qirks. One of the ones that is most spooky to me is something sounding loose in the front right suspension area. When I hit any bumps at a slow speed it sounds like a screw is just loose and ratteling somewhere in the front right. I put the car up, and felt any nut or bolt I could see with a socket wrench and everything seemed pretty tight. I also tried the top of the strut underneith the dust cover. Again everything seemed pretty tight. I am worried though that it might be a strut tower or something like that. I would appreciate any experience anyone has had. Thanks.
