Does anyone here have any tips on how to remove the door panels so that I can install new front speakers?

you have to take off the hidden screws first.those are located behind the red light and below the power switches. first carefully take out the red lens and take out those bolts behind it.then carefully lift the black panels with switches out of their seats and take out those screws there.now you should be able to pull off the door panels (carefully)

be VERY careful when you prise up the switch panels. i learned the hard way :(
