Replacing Headlights

I bought a set of projector beam headlights for my car and the light has the factory plug but it also has four wires. 2 red 1 balck and 1 white. The instructions say to connect the red wire to one thing and the black wire to another, which is fine except they didn't say were to out the other two wires!! I could sure use some help on this......I've got no lights!!!

what did you connect the red and black wires to?
