Drivers door problem

My drivers door on my '94 Jeep Cherokee Sport (2 Door) "drops" down some when you open it..Then when close it you have to shut it hard to get it to go back up onto striker to close properly...I opened the door and wiggled it up and down (a tad of play but nothing obvious)..Can the hinges be adjusted? ...I looked at them and they seem to be welded onto frame and screwed into door....Thanks,Pete44

You can adjust them where they screw to the door. You'll have to try loosening them and adjusting them a few times before you tighten them down all of the way. Good Luck!
