I do not know of a drain within the AC system. You should be able to disconnect the hoses from the condenser, remove the orifice tube, and blow the system out with an air compressor. If you have this much moisture in your system, I'd replace the dryer/accumulator and the orifice tube should be replaced each time you break the seal on your system. I'd go ahead and replace all the o-rings too. You will have to have vacuum pulled on the system once you reassemble. This will removed any left over moisture and you can also check for leak once vacuum is pulled. If you can't do this yourself, you'll need a pro to do it. Good luck!

I think he means the box itself and not the AC system.

I bet the sloshing is air in the heater core. You should check your coolant.

I tried to edit message to correct,, its the evaporator box under the dash that has the water sloshing, there is a drain as the water does drip under vehicle w/ac on ,,, where is the drain? near the hump on floor?,, right at kick panel etc?
