I need your help

I have a 1990 Dodge Daytona ES V6 3.0 w/ Auto Trans.

When You start your Daytona cold what do the RPM's do? Does it start out running fast and then slow down to 700? How long does it stay running fast? What RPM Shoud it run at when it is first started?

When I start my Daytona it barely touches 850 RPM and then slows down just a little. My girlfriends Toyota Camry goes up to 1500 RPM when it is cold and started but eventually slows. I don't remember what my Daytona used to do, but now when it is cold it doesn't run as well.

So what does yours do?

I can't remember what the daytona is supposed to do, but when it is cold it seems like it should get more gas then it does, I would really appreciate your help. So what is normal for these cars when they are first started?

u might have a a bad fuel filter,bad spark or gas delivery which would mean try changing the fuel filter first then if that doesnt help do a plug an wire job if that doesnt help u prob. got a lazy injector. put some good cleaner in it. sounds like it is running properly well the rpms that is it shouldnt got over 1500 when u start it - it will rev up an then should come back down to about 850-900 after u start it then drop to 700.
