CAN I USE o2 sensor?

I plan on getting a testpipe for my turboed accord. The pipe does not have o2 bung in it. Can i get a bug welded on it and use my o2 sensor that is in my oem cat now and not have any issues. My car has two o2 sensor's, the other one is on the down pipe.

The O2 sensor in your cat relies on the heat to work correctly. Removing the cat will remove the heat generated by it. Sticking the sensor into a pipe that is running cooler will throw off the sensor and it will throw a code to the computer. Converter technology has improved leaps and bounds over the "old" stuff. You would be better off to leave the converter alone as I doubt you will see any real performance gain without a lot of computer trouble and extra dollars spent trying to iron out the problems...
The thing you have to realize is todays engines are designed to run with all of the systems in place. Unless you do a lot of mods to every system, changing just one will usually hurt performance and mileage rather then help it...

I'm still trying to figure out what happened to 1989 grand marquis.
I had just changed the wires, plugs and cap / rotor because it was hesitating and sputtering at the red lights, well now its worse. Now it does stall at the red lights, unless I hold the gas and break at the same time, and it stalls when I come to a complete stop even before I can get it in park. Is this due to a faulty coil or TFI module?

just get an MIL Eliminator, there's no way to get an O2 sensor to read within spec with no cat without one.

its an electric resistor that replicates the signal of a working O2 sensor, search for MIL Eliminator on google.
