1999 Won't start. @.@

I have a 1999 Galant, and was driving when it lost engine power and then stalled out. Now it won't start at all. It turns over just fine and it has spark. I check the fuel presure and it is at 71psi I think, so it is getting gas up there just fine. I was thinking it might be the fuel regulator, any sugestions?

are the injectors working?

Yes the injectors are working just fine.

is your engine in time? or done a compression check incase a t/bent has jumped or something. is all the plugs on i.e. none worked lose?
