Running cooler?

I seem to run a little hot around 207, The tech at my work say I should look into a new termal switch for the fan or/and a better fan. It also seems to take a long time for my car to warm up. Any help or places to look would be great.

change the thermostat for a cooler one, buy a better fan, if you have a money, buy an aluminum radiator
