daytime running light module

Hi there I own a plymouth voyager 1995 and when i turn off the van the headlights stay on.Only way to turn em off is to remove the fuse.But with that i have no lights or brake lights either.Was told it was the daytime running light module but am unsure whenre its located.

The DRL Module is on the junction block under the dash left side if the steeriung coloumn. It is a combination DRL module and flasher relay :)
