Had Clymer, really detailed and updated. Factory manuals would show the basic stuff, but it won't tell you how to take apart the carbs and rebuild, etc, they don't get into intricate details at all.

I have not seen the Clymer manual for my bike yet, but I have the Honda version on .pdf and it is pretty decent. I think it will do, especially considering the price (FREE!!!!) :D

ya thats what i have for my car is a haynes.. for my old car i had a chilton's and a haynes... the haynes was so much more informative... thats why i thought i would ask since people say that the clymer is good.

I bought a sevice manual and owners manual for my Roadstar on e-bay for $7.00 that prints out on Adobe. Same as dealer books for a fraction of cost. Sure simplifies explaing what my Roady is doing when I visit dealer. Tickled pink with it!
