New intake manifold b16a

In case i can't find the iac to match my japanese motor does anyone know if it's possible to put a different manifold on. Such as an american manifold so it would be easier to find a new idle air control. Does that make any sense?

i bolted up a 1st gen b16a iacv to my usdm b16a2. i assumed all b16 iacvs are the same.
