Help! Dash Light Blinking Crazy

Please give me help with this problem.
When I turn the key switch, my dash lights blink on and off over and over and the chime rings. The gauges also go to zero.
This all happened once going down the road and the car shut off and did the above.
I read on this site some suggest that the BCM (Body Control Module) may be bad but we replaced that and no better.
Also have changed the key switch, battery, checked all fuses.

Please give me some Help!
