I own a 1999 Expedition Eddie Bauer and I am looking for a true dual exhaust. I have looked at B&B, Borla, Magnaflo, Flowmaster, and Gibson and I can't seem to place my finger on a true dual. Any body got some clues?

I put true dual exhaust on my 2001 F150, you don't need to go with a brand name, a exhaust shop should be able to create it for you. Just have them cut the Y pipe where the two manifolds come together and run from there. The only other cost you would have is the mufflers! On mine I didn't run mufflers and it cost $350! Nice thing is that the catilitic converts are right after the manifolds so you don't have to replace them.

I wanted to get true duals on my 99 expy Eddie Bauer 4x4 but every shop I called to price the Flow Masters I wanted told me not to do the true dual beause it would mess up the motor and it wouldn't run right and would burn it out.
I have a Y and some sort of cherry bomb/glass pack in front of it and wide mouthed chrome tips on each side of the truck at the back.
The only problem with that is that the guys that did it routed my pipes where my spare goes and now I have to leave my spare at home cause it won't mount under because the pipes are in the way.
