2k primer

Hey need some help spraying Omni 2k urethane primer. I am mixing 4 parts primer 1 part hardner no reducer. I cannot get it to come out of gun wet enough or just not enought product is comming out of nozzle. Primer is dry and rough on panel. I have adjusted air pressure up and down 30 to 55 at regulator. i have to keep pressure up to push any paint out. I am using a Dupont mixing cut I go to 4/1. Fill to the black 4 with primer then fill to the next black 4 with hardner. I think this is 4 to 1. Thank You For Your Help

What size of tip? You may have to reduce it, 4-1-1 or 4-1- 1/2. I just sprayed this stuff last week with a 1.4mm sharpe gun, it went down very nice at about 23 psi. It still will high build just fine at these ratios. You may want to add a couple more coats.
