99 Taurus air bag schematic??

I replaced 2 blown airbags & module in a 99 taurus. module generates no codes or communication to scan tool. NEED SCHEMATIC. I'm thinking that I have a power supply problem. However, both air bag fuses are good, and I have power at one location at the module. Airbag light stays on steady at all times, no "beep" from module. Thanks!

After obtaining a wiring schematic from local Ford dealer, I fould that there's 3 air bag fuses (In my 99 Taurus). However, I had power at all 3 fuses. Pin out diagram at module as follows: #17 (12v constant) goes to under hood fuse#16, #2 (12v in run) goes to underdash fuse panel #13, and #7 (12v in run and start) goes to underdash fuse #11.

Symptom: Airbag module was dead, didn't respond to scanner.
Problem: broken wire between underhood distribution panel and module.
Solution: replaced wire

System works A-OK!!
