Eberspacher 12v BN2 Heater

Does anyone know anything about these gas heaters or have any information on them?I have one on my car.It looks to be in good shape but I don't know if it's all there or how I would even go about firing it up.What kind of fuel do these run on?Seems like they would be risky for carbon monoxide poisoning.If anyone knows anything about these,please let me know.
