sway bar bushings

I am looking to replace my rear sway bar bushings and end links, has anyone done this? Where do I purchase replacements? I hav ebeen searching the web and haven't found any. Also, does the car have to be on jack stands to do the job? Thanks in advance...

I replaced mine with energy suspension Poly's... It really did help lean... Got them at summit racing for 20 bucks.
