Anyone got any secret recipes they'd like to share? I don't, other than my use of chili powder and cayenne in hamburgers.
I've also heard that grilling chicken with mustard is good, haven't tried it though.

Put a few strips of bacon in with your green beans as you cook them. Not really a secret or anything but it's all I got.

I like hot food, hot sauce goes in everything i cook. That and if possible use fresh herbs and spices over that crap that comes in a jar. I have my own little herb garden in the back yard :greddy2:
I also have famous burgers. Its simple, when your forming your burgers have something in the middle, eg. onions, peppers, whatever you want.
For beer can chicken take a few sips out of the beer and pour a shot of wild turkey 101 in there...mmm...
I also make a great dry rub for ribs that is sweet and spicey, its oh so good, but that really is a secret.

Way to go man. Thanks, I only already have 3 of their cookbooks out in my kitchen.
Oh, and if you use corn oil when you cook the blooming onion, fry it for longer than the recipe says or you will end up with a soggy onion.

easiest peanut butter cookies ever:

i put a few [read: 3] semi-sweet chocolate chips on each cookie. it makes them that much better.

#1 milk in eggs? thats nasty and only for "stretching" your eggs. If you have enough eggs then use eggs. If your running short or expecting alot of people then stretch the eggs with some milk but milky eggs will never be as good as eggy eggs.
#2 Beer and meat love each other.... seriously I use beer in almost all marinades and BBQs. and not cheap beer, a good ale is my favorite.
~making a roast in the slow cooker? substitute beer for other liquids like water.
~ sausage? boil in beer before grilling or putting in sauce.
~etc.etc. you get the idea.
I like to get creative in the kitchen with beer, I try it in new stuff all the time. But its gotta be a beer you like because a bad tasting beer will equal bad tasting food.
