HELP!!! Wiper problem!!

My wipers on my 97 camaro won't park. They stop in an upright position. Does anyone know what the problem might be or has anyone had this problem?

i donno about this, maybe they need to be retorqued? bad wiper motors? maybe simple fix as to just take them off and set them in the "parked" postion
