idle control valve

Can anyone tell me how to find the idle air control valve on a 94 Crown Vic? :confused:

Yep. Look down behind the intake on the drivers side. It is buried down in that hole under the wiper module. Lotsa luck.

Thanks for all your help. After locating the valve I decided to bring the car to the shop. I am not limber enough to tackle the job.

Would it be in roughly same spot on 93 4.6L? Also, only seems to happen when in park idle....can be in drive or reverse and all is well.

Located in the same place.
