help van messes up at around 80 kn/h

when i go around the speed of 80 km/h the van starts to roumble for 3 seconds. dose anyone know the promblem. i think its the transmission because it feels like its trying to shift. but i heard it can be something else.

Could it be the overdrive unit in the transmission?
