93 E-300 Blower motor Location

I have E-300 93 , Can any one tell please how to gets it blower motor . Do i need To take Out dash for it or there is other way to find where is it located.

It is located in the firewall between the engine compartment and the passenger compartment. To get to it, you have to take the windshield wiper arm off, take out the screws for the grill below the windshield, and work your way in. It isn't a short job, you'll need 3-4 hours to complete the task.
