Mazda 3 Deck

My boyfriend is getting the 2005 Mazda 3 Sport and I noticed that the deck is pretty much built into the dash. We are looking into changing the deck and putting in subs, but I'm not sure how to take the deck out to install an aftermarket one. Does anyone know if this is even possible? Does anyone know how to take the dash apart?

I've been looking into getting a 3 in the near future. There are kits available from scosche sp? and metra. If you order from Crutchfield.com they'll give you all the stuff you need to install it including step by step instructions. www.mazda3forums.com has a ton of info on the car. lots of walkthroughs. hope this helps.
