Drivers leather seat

I have leather seats in my car and my drivers seat is the only one that has developed cracks. I tried treating it a while ago, but no luck. I'm thinking of just replacing all the seats with maybe cloth (it gets friggin hot in TX). But really, I'd like to replace just that one leather section, but I can't find anything. Any info would be great. Thanks.

a local custom automotive shop would probably be your best bet.

Yeah the cheap way out would be seat covers
