AC condensation drain location

97 Eclipse, AC condensation is overflowing into car. Crawled under vehicle and saw small amount of water dripping inside of right wheel suspension, but could not locate AC drain tube to clean it out. Do I have to remove a panel?

On the turbo cars it comes out behind the tranny and lays over the k member. If this is a NT, I have no idea. In the future specify which you have to make it easier for us to help you.
