I've brought the car to the dealership many times already and they keep replacing stuff that doesn't cure the problem.
I'll explain what it does and when it started doing this.
My blower motor was making noise, so I brought it in this winter and they replace it. That is when the rest of the stuff started.
1) my brake pedal, seems spungy and you hear the BiTSI switch clicking louder than normal. (i tried another cavelier, same year, and almost same mileage and you didn't hear it). I brought it in, they say they replace it, still doing the same thing. Shop Manager eventried both cavalier and said, yes, there is a difference, but said it was normal. It never did that before.
2) when I'm driving, the car seems sluggish, like it's forcing to drive all the time. Shifting seems to be worse than before. I have a K&N air filter and it's clean. When I press the pedal wide open, it seems the car almost runs out of air before it accelerates. Also when driving like 70 km's and letting go of the gas and then pressing the pedal again, seems like the transmission jerks a bit too much.
3) Heating and Cooling. Seems that my windows always fog up when the A/C is not on. I don't have it on re-circulate, I have it on window and floor. I put the A/C on, windows stop fogging.
4) A/C. when a/c is on, at idle, it's fine, but rev up to 1500 to 2000 rpm, you hear it wind up and down wiht the rpm's and it's loud.
5) dead stop and idling on PARK, if I give it a shot of gas, seems to stall before picking up again. once, I stalled the car by pumping it 3 times like that. (this could go with number 2).
Now, 2 service techs were with me on 2 occasions when the AC was overly loud and said no, it's not normal. The shop manage just tells me, different cars act differently. I'm waiting for the service report card to come in the mail so I can send a negative reply.
When I open the hood and press the throttle from there, you can hear the engine like it's leaking air somewhere before it revs up.
Any ideas?
thanks..
Dan

Maybe air in your brake lines. Try bleeding.
Definately sounds like you got a good air/vaccum leak. Possibly a manifold leak.
The amount of problems you are having with such a new car seems unrealistic. I'd say you definately got screwed. If nothing else, I'd check to make sure the car hasn't been in an accident. (carfax.com (http://www.carfax.com/)) If you bought it recently, I'd seriously suggest getting educated on lemon laws. (google lemon laws (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=lemon+laws))

I don't know if Lemon laws apply in canada which i am going to assume you are from there.
A spongy pedal usually means air or water in the lines. GM's choice of brakes and rotors are also not the best with economy cars, one of the first things i did was change mine to a better brand. ALso check the caliper pistion for any signs of damp brake dust. Same with the rear ones.
Check your spark plugs and the gapping on them for the car not getting up and going. Maybe depending on the mileage get a fuel injection cleaning service. I found out that the gapping on my ac delcos were at .030-.038 whereas they should be at .050 . Might also have a fuel flo problem. You could have gotten a batch of gas that really unpure and had alot of sediments and clogged your filter.
WHen i turn my A/C which is really rare, my car's idle changes and idles a bit higher. I can hear it go up then come back down. Same with comming back to a stop. But i think my symptoms are due to me having motor mounts and being able to feel everything now.

Thanks for the responses, at least now I can start resolving the issues.
