Fuel Pump / Relay Issue??

'97 Jimmy 4.3 L 6 cyl. Now it will not start. Just changed the Ignition switch and all was well for about 1 week. Now it sits in my garage. Cranks over fine but there is no fuel pump noise when the key is switched on !!!
I found three relay's in the glovebox. With the key on I removed them all 1 by 1 to listen for the pump to kick on, nothing???
I have no pressure at the schrader valve.
I also cheked the fuse on the panel and it's OK.
Do you think it's the fuel pump itself?
My sending unit is fine so I want to replace the fuel pump only without spending @$300 for both. I've read here that the pump only is about $80.
Please help. I need this car to run.
