2004 Intrepid Driver window falling off track

Anyone having problems with driver side windows falling off track? Our company vehicles are 2004 intrepids and all off our cars have had to be brought in to get fixed because the driver side windows keep falling off track, one of them has been fixed 4 times in 6 months. I told the owner of the company that this must be a defect. But we have had to keep paying to get them fixed.

I guess I am the only person who has this problem......

Ha my boyfriend thought I DID SOMETHING to cause the window to fall off track. I didn't remember anything I just knew it is summer and I kept rolling it up and down. Anyway we had to fix it ourselves. Looked like there was a screw missing so after we took the whole panel off there was one screw missing on the car. Ours is a 2004 also. We fixed ourselves after we got the panel off in about 20 minutes. That was about a month ago hasn't happened since then.
