motor feels forced

I have a '98 SR5 4 Runner and the problem is that when I start it in the morning everything is smooth but as soon as it gets hot (10-15 minutes) it seems that the motor forces itself from a stop position. Once it gets running everything is back to normal, no forcing. It only happens when I start from a stop position. Any ideas on what I can do to fix?
